Tina Ademola has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. π Tina started their career at Nokia in 2005 as an HR Account Consultant. After a year, they went on family leave from 2006 to 2011. Upon their return, Tina joined Nokia Siemens Networks as an HR Account Consultant. π Tina worked in this role until 2011 when they transitioned to Kela as a Service Manager. Tina spent six years at Kela before joining Beamex in 2017 as an HR Manager. π Tina steadily climbed the ranks and became the HR Director for Beamex Group in 2020. Currently, they holholde position of Director of People & Culture at Beamex.
Tina Ademola holds a degree in Social Policy from Γ bo Akademi University, which they earned between 1990 and 1998. In 2015 to 2017, they pursued a program in Arbetshandledare och organisationskonsult from Novia University of Applied Sciences. In 1994, they briefly studied Social Policy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Most recently, in 2021, Tina completed a program in Executive HR from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
