Remaking Beamish - Construction Buyer (part Time) at Beamish Museum

James Brown is an experienced professional currently serving as Commercial Manager at Subsea Innovation since June 2022 and as a part-time Construction Buyer at BEAMISH MUSEUM since January 2019. In addition, James holds the position of Director at Field House Projects (NE) and previously worked at Subsea Innovation as Project Manager from January 2015 to July 2018, specializing in subsea systems. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Strategic Procurement Engineer at Pipecoil Technology Ltd, and Project Manager and Senior Production Engineer at IHC Engineering Business Ltd. James co-founded Brown & Cook Professional Handyman in 2006 and began a career as a Project Manager at The Engineering Business Ltd in 1999. James holds a BEng (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from Newcastle University and an Advanced Diploma in Maintenance & Repair of Agricultural Machinery from Warwickshire College of Agriculture.
