John Gore Kelly is a highly experienced transactional real estate and corporate attorney, currently serving as a shareholder at Bean Kinney & Korman, PC since March 2010. Kelly's expertise encompasses leasing, lending, commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development, representing various landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board of Directors for NOVACO, Inc., a non-profit organization supporting survivors of domestic abuse, as well as a Board Member for Shelter House, Inc. Career experience also includes positions at Reed Smith LLP, Willcox & Savage, P.C., and Holland & Knight LLP, focusing on commercial real estate transactions.
