Christian Hammond has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Christian began their career in 2002 as a Software Developer for the GNOME Project. In 2004, they joined VMware, Inc. as a Staff Software Engineer and worked there until 2013.

In 2006, Christian co-founded Review Board, where they served as the Co-Founder and Lead Developer. Review Board is a popular web-based code review tool.

In 2010, Christian took on a new role as the President/CEO of Beanbag, Inc. Christian continued to be heavily involved in the development of Review Board and also worked on other projects such as RBCommons (a Review Board SaaS) and Splat (a bug tracker).

In 2020, Christian started a voluntary project called the Unofficial Butte County COVID-19 Dashboard, where they collect and reports COVID-19 data for Butte County, CA.

Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated their expertise in software development and leadership roles.

Christian Hammond attended Butte College from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Computer Science. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during that period.
