Vivek Pandey is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice solutions and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Voice Solution Engineer at Beanfield Metroconnect since September 2020, Vivek has a proven track record in VoIP engineering and has been instrumental in mentoring technical support staff while facilitating collaboration among Sales, Project Management, and Tech Support teams.
