Caleb Connor

Caleb Connor is an experienced professional in community engagement and sustainable agriculture, currently serving as the Community Lead for the Drought Venture Studio at Beanstalk AgTech, where leadership is provided for the Natural Capital stream within the TAS Farm Innovation Hub. Previous roles include Nature-Linked Loan Consultant at Wedgetail, Content and Community Lead at Tenacious Ventures, and Co-Founder of Shift Australia, a grassroots organization focused on democratic engagement. Prior experience also includes positions at Culture Amp, OurSay, MovingWorlds, My Community Directory, and IMPACT Social Enterprise, showcasing expertise in community development, partnership building, and market engagement. Caleb holds a Bachelor of International Relations with a focus on Chinese Language, Diplomacy, and Global Governance from Bond University.
