Justin McMurray

Justin McMurray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture building, design, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Venture Builder at Beanstalk AgTech, McMurray is focused on creating innovative drought-resilient products for Australian farmers. Previously, McMurray held roles at NOBL Collective as a Venture & Org Designer and Co-conspirator, contributing to the organization's expansion into the Asia Pacific region. McMurray also served as Lead Venture Designer at Josephmark, guiding social impact initiatives, and co-founded Early Days, facilitating venture design for early-stage entrepreneurs. With a career that began in 2004, McMurray has held various leadership roles, including Head of Product at Hello Sunday Morning and Strategy Director at Made by Many. McMurray graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
