Mike Hill

Mike Hill has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Mike started their career as an intern at Extell Development Co. in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an intern at the Chicago Police Department, where they gained operational experience by assisting in daily functions. From 2007 to 2014, Mike worked at Knudsen Construction, Inc., first as a Business Manager. In this role, they implemented job cost analysis reports, interacted with customers, processed payroll, and handled HR functions. Mike also mentored and coached new hires. After that, Mike joined Bear Construction Company in 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager. Mike was responsible for estimating and running projects in various sectors, creating schedules, awarding purchase orders, supervising the team, and maintaining client relationships. In November 2018, they were promoted to Project Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as meeting with potential clients and resolving unforeseen circumstances.

Mike Hill earned their BA in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Illinois University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their MBA with a focus on Business at Saint Xavier University.
