Kirk Miller

Kirk Miller is a seasoned professional in data engineering and analytics, currently serving as the Data Engineering Manager at Bear River Mutual since December 2022. As a co-founder of KeyMetrix since April 2018, Kirk has designed custom databases and reporting solutions for a diverse clientele, including extensive sales reporting systems for over 1,100 Verizon Wireless retail locations. Previously, Kirk held the position of Director of Analytics at PolarityTE and GameStop, where notable achievements included implementing Power BI, which resulted in a significant increase in management adoption, and automating 85% of reporting processes in one year. Kirk's earlier roles also encompassed senior positions in accounting and project management, showcasing a robust background in financial operations and process improvement. Kirk holds an MBA from Boise State University and a degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
