Tia Plough

Tia Plough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative roles, coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as a PSIA Certified Level 1 Alpine Ski Team Coach at Bear Valley Mountain Resort since December 2018, Tia previously held positions as a ski instructor at Bear Valley Resort and as an office manager at Symphony - Secure Seamless Communication, where responsibilities included payroll and benefits administration. Tia also served as an executive assistant at Fusion-io, supporting top executives and managing project-related tasks, and held various office management roles across several technology companies, including IO Turbine, Calista Technologies, and Teneros. Tia's career began at Network Appliance as an executive assistant to the CEO. Tia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Denison University.
