Dilsana Mason

Dilsana Mason is an experienced operations and event management professional with a strong background in people management and strategic leadership. Dilsana served as Operations Director at Bearded Kitten from February 2020 to April 2023, following roles as Head of Event Strategy and Account Director, where team leadership and client relations were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes multiple event producer roles at BBC from November 2008 to November 2015, overseeing diverse events such as the Edinburgh Festivals and Hay Festival, as well as providing logistical support for BBC radio live events. Dilsana began the career as a Production Assistant at BBC Learning and also contributed as a Volunteer Backstage Manager. Dilsana holds a BA (Hons) in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of the Arts London.
