Diane Laveway has extensive experience in customer service and management within the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Bearingstar Insurance since January 2000. In this role, Diane acts as a technical and service expert, representing the agency to clients and the business community. Previously, Diane held the position of Team Manager, overseeing Customer Service Agents and coordinating office operations to ensure efficient workflow. Prior to Bearingstar, Diane worked as a Customer Service Agent at Sumner and Sumner, Inc. from February 1987 to June 1999, where responsibilities included advising clients on insurance needs and conducting frontline underwriting. Additionally, Diane's career began as an Assistant to the HR Director at United Bank & Trust from December 1982 to January 1987. Diane is an alumnus of Miami Dade College.
