Sini Vuolteenaho

Sini Vuolteenaho possesses extensive experience in career coaching and social services, with a current role as an Uravalmentaja at BearIT Oy, focusing on digital career development for clients of TE-toimisto and municipal experiments. Prior to this, Sini worked at Barona Työkykypalvelut Oy as a Työuravalmentaja, supporting adults in career transitions through professional rehabilitation. Significant roles include service coordination for unemployed youth in the Petra project at the City of Vantaa and school counseling at the City of Helsinki. Additionally, Sini has contributed to projects aimed at preventing youth marginalization and has experience in online support for young individuals.
