Courtney King

Courtney King, MS has had a progressive career in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Courtney most recently served as the VP of People and Culture at BeatBox, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw HR operations. Prior to that, Courtney was the Director of People and Culture at BeatBox and the Human Resources Director at Marbridge, where they led HR functions for a residential community. Courtney also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Channel Control Merchants, LLC and held HR Director positions at Hill Country Holdings and My Fit Foods. Earlier in their career, Courtney served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Reddy Ice. Throughout their career, they have excelled in developing and implementing HR strategies and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Courtney King, MS, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2009. Courtney King also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
