Where you come in:

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator (3 Days per week flexible/hybrid in Los Angeles) to support and enhance our marketing efforts for Beatsource and DJ City for a 12 month contract with the possibility to become a permanent role thereafter. This role will focus on CRM, email marketing and paid advertising across various channels to drive growth and engagement.

As Digital Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Implement, Manage, and Optimize Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

  • Email Marketing: Create and design email templates, conduct A/B testing on various designs and calls-to-action (CTAs) to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to segment audiences and build targeted lists, enhancing the precision and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Build Automations and Customer Journeys: Develop automated workflows and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve user experience and engagement.

  • Manage On-Site Campaigns: Oversee the execution of on-site marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively integrated with other marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Collaborate with the Analytics and BI teams to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

As Digital Marketing Coordinator you will have:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on email campaigns, automation, segmentation and customer journeys.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM’s - beneficial but not essential

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing best practices.

  • Understanding of basic HTML

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.

  • A passion for DJ culture and music
