Tia Gordon is the Music Opportunities Manager at BeatStars. Tia has also worked as a Project Coordinator, Client Services & Outreach at FACTOR, Junior Manager & A&R at ArtHaus/Pandyamonium Management Inc., Central Canada Contributor at HipHopCanada, and Jammin With Jay Co-Host at Indi 101.5FM.

Tia has always been passionate about music. Tia began their career in the music industry as a contributor for HipHopCanada, where they were able to share their love of Canadian hip hop with the world. From there, they went on to work in various positions at FACTOR, ArtHaus/Pandyamonium Management Inc., and BeatStars. In their current role at BeatStars, Tia is responsible for managing music opportunities and helping artists connect with the resources they need to succeed.

Throughout their career, Tia has helped countless artists achieve their goals. Tia is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in helping others reach their full potential. With their wealth of knowledge and experience in the music industry, Tia is an invaluable asset to any team.
