Valerio Notaro is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in bartending and bar management. Currently serving as a barman at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris since May 2023, Notaro has previously held positions at renowned establishments including Bulgari Hotel Paris and Hôtel Costes. Starting as a chef de bar at Chez Claudia and Il CaraBistro, Notaro progressed to bartender manager roles at hotel punta scario and Santa Isabel Hotel. Notaro initiated a career in bartending at Mad milazzo from May 2018 to May 2019.
