Dermot Casserly

Dermot Casserly is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Employment Law at DWF in Dublin since July 2018, Dermot provides comprehensive support to clients on various legal matters related to employment relationships, including contracts, policies, risk management, TUPE, and disputes. Prior to this, Dermot has held significant positions such as Partner and Head of the Employment and Benefits Group at Beauchamps Solicitors since 2005, and Associate Director at KPMG from 1999 to 2004. Dermot began a legal career as an Associate at Ivor Fitzpatrick from 1996 to 1999. Dermot's educational background includes an LL.B from the University of Galway, a BA in Law and Economics from the same institution, and an Erasmus program at KU Leuven.
