Paul Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Paul started their career in the United Nations as a Platoon Commander and later worked as an Operations Officer and Military Observer & Liaison Officer. Paul then served as a Company Commander in NATO and later as a Financial Controller in the Irish Defence Forces. In 2010, Paul joined the United Nations again as a Senior Manager in Operations and Planning. Paul continued their career in the Irish Defence Forces as a Senior Manager at Defence Forces HQ and later as Deputy Commanding Officer of the 7th Infantry Battalion. Currently, Paul is utilizing their skills as the Director of Operations at Beauchamps LLP, where they oversee various support functions and implements strategic initiatives.

Paul Clarke earned their Associate's degree in Military Studies from Officer/Cadet Training School, Military College, Defence Forces in 1989-1991. Paul then pursued an Associate's Degree in Marketing from The Marketing Institute of Ireland from 1991-1993. Later, from 1993-1996, they obtained a BComm degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Galway. In 2001-2003, they completed an MBS degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Galway. Lastly, in 2013-2014, they attained an MA degree in Leadership, Management and Defence Studies from Maynooth University.
