Katherine Mead

Katherine Mead has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katherine started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Beaufort County in 2013 and worked there until 2022. During their time at Beaufort County, they served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources and later promoted to the role of Human Resources Director. Katherine also gained experience at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, where they served as an Assistant Area Director/Staff Manager from 2009 to 2013.

Katherine Mead began their education in 2003 at Aiken Technical College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Katherine later pursued further studies at the University of South Carolina Aiken from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
