Kristin Gansbeke

Kristin Gansbeke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Director for both Beaulieu Flooring Solutions and Engineered Products at Beaulieu International Group since January 2017, Kristin has previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Dana Holding Corporation and HR Manager for Europe at Rogers Corporation. Early in their career, Kristin was a Principal Consultant at Hudson | De Witte & Morel, specializing in recruitment, selection, and development. Educational credentials include degrees from Ghent University and VLEKHO Business School Brussel, as well as specialized training in coaching and development from Agoria, PDI Ninth House, Securex, and Arteveldehogeschool.
