Rachel Behm

Rachel Behm is the current Vice President of Marketing at Beauty Bakerie Cosmetics Brand. Rachel has over ten years of experience in the Health and Beauty industry, including heading up the Beauty Incubator at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, they were responsible for incubating and developing new beauty brands and products. Rachel then went on to found their own company, Layers Probiotic Skin Care, which is part of Ignite Venture Studio. Layers is an ingestible + topical skincare brand that focuses on the gut-skin connection. Rachel is a strong leader with a passion for helping others reach their full potential.

Rachel Behm graduated from Mounds View High School. Rachel then went on to attend the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they received their BSB in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Finally, Rachel Behm attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they received their MBA in Marketing and Product Management.
