John Sharapata has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and merchandising. John currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Planning, Sourcing & Supply Chain at Beauty Industry Group since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Supply Chain at the same company from May 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Beauty Industry Group, they worked as the Senior Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning Manager at EnergySolutions from March 2014 to May 2019. John also served as the Vice President of Marketing - Consultant at Special Events from October 2013 to March 2014. John Sharapata attended Brigham Young University from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management and Finance. In April 2015, they obtained a Human Performance Improvement Practitioner Certificate from the University of Idaho.
