Kayla T. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kayla started their career as a Documentation Specialist (Intern) at Consulado De Mexico in 2020. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as a Campaign Event & Operations Coordinator for Rod Blum - Congressional Campaign. In 2020, they also worked as a Marketing & Events Coordinator at Retirement Solutions, where they strategized and created campaigns and coordinated corporate and client events.

From 2010 to 2021, Kayla T. owned and founded Kayla Rae Photo, where they photographed weddings, commercial, lifestyle, and portraits. Kayla also grew their social media account to 16k following and designed and maintained their website.

In 2021, they joined Utah Grizzlies as a Digital & Social Media specialist, where they photographed home games and managed social media accounts for live game updates. Kayla also grew the TikTok account to over 40k likes and created viral videos.

Kayla T. then became the Owner and Founder of Kayla Rae Clothing in 2020, where they orchestrated product launches, campaigns, and styled shoots. Kayla increased revenue by over 300% in the first 3 months and designed and managed website content that resulted in sales 6% higher than the industry average.

In 2021, they joined Zerorez, Inc. as a Marketing Manager of Brand Strategy & Creative Development. Here, they managed teams for social media, video production, and graphic design. Kayla served as the primary marketing contact for franchisees, vendors, and agencies. Kayla also project managed end-to-end creative for all campaigns and corporate events.

Currently, Kayla T. holds the position of a Brand Marketing Manager at Beauty Industry Group, starting in 2023.

Kayla T. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from Utah State University between the years 2015 and 2020. In addition to their degree, they also hold two additional certifications. In August 2019, they became a Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. Furthermore, in June 2020, Kayla obtained the SIE certification from FINRA.
