Kate Milne is an experienced Healthy Aging Consultant at Cardea Health Consulting, specializing in health promotion for midlife and older women's health and gender diverse individuals. With a focus on workplace health, Kate provides innovative strategies for workforce retention and recruitment while advocating for age-friendly practices. As a Health Promotion Consultant and Community Researcher, Kate develops comprehensive solutions for aging populations, emphasizing vibrant community initiatives.
