Michelle Mannion has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle is currently working as the Global Operations & Supply Chain Director at Beauty Pie Ltd since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever Prestige as the Global Operations Director and Global Supply Chain Programme Manager from 2015 to 2019. Michelle also has prior experience at L'Oréal as the Divisional Supply Planning Manager, Customer Supply Chain Manager, Senior Demand Planner, and Demand Planner. Before L'Oréal, they worked at Mars as a Supply Chain Analyst and at Canada Life as the Broker Services Team Leader & CPI Coach. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager & German English Translator at Transline Documentaciones S.L. and as a Secondary School & Post Leaving Certificate Teacher at Bray Institute of Further Education & St. Thomas' Community College. Michelle started their career with internships at Mergon Group, Metabowerke GmbH, and Mergon Group, where they gained experience in project management, e-procurement, and assisting the Sales & Marketing Director.
