Simon has worked for companies like Beauty Pie and Starbucks, where they held roles such as Demand Planning and Master Data Lead, Demand Planner, Buyer, Promotional Planner, Replenishment Planner, and Logistics Analyst. Simon has experience in forecasting, statistical analysis, relationship building, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
