With a background in HR leadership roles at companies like Entasis Therapeutics, Enzyvant, and TripAdvisor, Andrew brings extensive experience in organizational evolution and scaling companies towards commercialization. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Development from The University of Salford, as well as a Masters Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Michigan State University.
