Adina Lepp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adina began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Mills College, where they improved the team's performance significantly. In 2009, they worked as a Volunteer Workshop Facilitator at Write Around Portland, conducting writing workshops for incarcerated female adolescents. During the same year, Adina also served as a Wilderness Crew Leader at Northwest Youth Corps, managing a teenage wilderness trail crew and teaching conservation and workplace safety.
In 2011, Adina joined Temple Beth Israel as a Teacher, demonstrating their teaching skills and commitment to education. Adina then pursued a Master's degree at the University of Oregon, specializing in secondary language arts, social studies, and ESOL. Adina Lepp obtained a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Oregon in 2011-2012.
