Jen Janke has extensive experience in the education field. Jen started their career as a Speech and ESL Instructor at St. Augustine College in 1999 and then taught ESL classes at Joliet Junior College in 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as an Instructor at Waubonsee Community College, where they taught ESL courses and led course and curriculum improvement.
After that, Jen worked at various school districts, including CUSD 303 and Aurora East School District 131, where they developed and delivered full curriculum with adaptations for special needs learners. Jen also analyzed testing data and educational outcomes for improved instruction.
