Erica Champion

Erica Champion has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Erica began their career at Wellington Financial Corp. as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2002 to 2006. Erica then joined Robert Charles Lesser & Company ('RCLCO') as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on various private and public-sector projects from 2006 to 2009. Erica then worked as a Senior Consultant at Noell Consulting Group from 2009 to 2010. Erica later served as a Senior Research Manager at CoStar Group from 2010 to 2011. Erica then joined PPR as a Senior Real Estate Economist from 2011 to 2013, focusing on national apartment trends and strategy. Currently, they are working at Beazer Homes, where they have held several roles such as Corporate Land Acquisitions Review & Analysis, Corporate Director of Strategy & Market Intelligence, and Vice President of Strategy & Land Acquisition. Erica is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Beazer Homes. In their various roles, Erica has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, market research, strategy development, and risk management.

Erica Champion received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2002.
