Erica then worked as a Senior Consultant at Noell Consulting Group from 2009 to 2010. Erica later served as a Senior Research Manager at CoStar Group from 2010 to 2011. Erica then joined PPR as a Senior Real Estate Economist from 2011 to 2013, focusing on national apartment trends and strategy. Currently, they are working at Beazer Homes, where they have held several roles such as Corporate Land Acquisitions Review & Analysis, Corporate Director of Strategy & Market Intelligence, and Vice President of Strategy & Land Acquisition.
