Jeff Colandrea is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and systems architecture, currently serving as Platform Lead and Architect for the US Underwriting Platform at Beazley since April 2007. Responsibilities include driving modernization initiatives, managing cross-functional agile teams, and orchestrating transformational changes between business and technology sectors. Previous roles at Beazley included head of product configuration and project management, contributing to significant operational efficiencies and cost savings. Jeff's earlier career spans consulting with Intersecting Technologies and a range of leadership positions in smart card technology development. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Jeff's expertise encompasses software development, strategic planning, and business-IT integration.
