Kirsty Kelly

Kirsty Kelly currently serves as the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Beazley since December 2022. Previously, Kirsty held multiple senior roles at Nomura from November 2019 to December 2022, including Head of Cyber Digital Risk and Head of Third Party Risk Intelligence. Prior experience includes positions at Mimecast as Head of Analysis, Threat Intelligence Risk & Cyber Investigations, and at State Street as Assistant Vice President of the EMEA Financial Intelligence Unit. Kirsty also worked at Tempest Security Intelligence and Lloyds Banking Group in strategic intelligence roles. Before these roles, management of security and risk was undertaken at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2008 to 2016. Kirsty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence and International Relations from Staffordshire University, completed in 2016.
