Ksenia Whitfield

Ksenia Whitfield has a diverse work experience that spans several roles in data governance, strategy, and implementation. Ksenia is currently serving as a Data Governance Lead at Beazley since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Senior Manager in Data, RegTech, and Digital Advisory Services from August 2021 to January 2024. Their responsibilities included developing target operating models, roadmaps, and strategies for third-party data management and data governance projects.

Before their time at Grant Thornton, Ksenia was employed by Santander UK, where they held various positions. As the Data Governance and Strategy Manager from June 2020 to August 2021, they implemented data ownership models and defined data strategies for the Finance and Risk divisions. Ksenia also served as the Corporate Investment Bank - Data Services Manager from September 2019 to June 2020, where they rolled out data management policies and delivered data lineage for the financial crime line of business.

Ksenia also has experience in other areas such as data science, data design and implementation, supply chain finance, fraud strategy, and digital transformation. Their accomplishments include implementing master data management models, complying with PSD2 regulations, and facilitating the migration of operations.
