Lizzie Wilkinson

Lizzie Wilkinson is an accomplished Senior People Operations Lead at Beazley, starting in March 2025. Prior to this role, Lizzie served as the Global Head of Human Resources Operations at RICS from April 2022 to March 2025. Lizzie's extensive background in HR operations includes a Vice President position at Deutsche Bank from September 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities spanned compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, and global operations optimization. Earlier experiences include roles at Rentokil Initial, where Lizzie was a Service Team Leader and HR Admin Team Leader, and HR Administration at City Link. Lizzie holds a Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 in Sport and Exercise Science with Psychology from the University of Chester, completed in June 2011.
