Nafisah Houston

Nafisah Houston, MS, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bebashi - Transition to Hope since January 2012, where responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring program quality and productivity through leadership of various program positions. Prior roles at Bebashi include Director of Programs, Assistant Supervisor of Medical Case Management, and Medical Case Manager/Support Group Facilitator, involving oversight of teams, electronic medical records, and client needs assessments. Additional experience includes working as a Bully Hotline Representative for The School District of Philadelphia, a Child Welfare Intern at the Department of Human Services, and Volunteer Coordinator for Jumpstart. Nafisah holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
