Perry Mandarino

Perry Mandarino is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and business recovery. Currently serving as Co-Head of Investment Banking, Head of Restructuring, and Senior Managing Director at B. Riley Securities since February 2016, Perry has also contributed as a Board Member for bebe stores since April 2019. Prior to their current roles, Perry held significant positions at PwC as U.S. Business Recovery Services Leader and Partner, and at Traxi LLC as Senior Managing Director. Their career also includes roles as Managing Director at Berenson Minella and Partner at Arthur Andersen. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Seton Hall University, obtained in 1987.
