Alwin Filius

Alwin Filius has extensive experience in both education and business development. Currently serving as a Business Developer/Product Owner at BEBR since August 2022, Alwin previously held dual roles as Subsidieadviseur Technische Innovatie & IT at Ruber Acia Subsidieadvies and WBSOkantoor from November 2020 to August 2022, focusing on identifying subsidy opportunities and converting concepts into successful applications. Prior to this, Alwin worked in various educational roles, including as a Physical Education Teacher at several institutions such as Parcival College, Zernike College, and Dr. Nassau College, where responsibilities included lesson delivery and mentoring students. Alwin earned a Master's degree in Educational Effectiveness and Instructional Design from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, complemented by various professional development courses.
