Hayley Auld currently serves as Implementation Lead at Beca since May 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Fletcher Building from June 2016 to May 2024, including People & Performance Systems Manager and HR Systems Solutions Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed planning and managing Workday-related activities. Hayley was previously employed at Visa from June 2011 to January 2016 as HRIS Manager and Analyst, with a focus on HRIS management and team leadership in people support. Earlier work experience includes a Human Resources Coordinator position at Fairfax Media from August 2007 to March 2011 and a Senior CSO role at Goodman Fielder from 2004 to 2006. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
