Shikha Dhawan

Shikha Dhawan, PhD, PGDM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, health initiatives, and entrepreneurship support. Currently serving as Managing Director at Abhya Life, Shikha Dhawan leads efforts in rural livelihood, public health projects, and educational programs. In addition, Shikha holds roles as a Technical Consultant at ICGEB, where epidemiological research on tuberculosis is conducted, and as a mentor for startups at multiple incubators, including KIIT-Technology Business Incubator and PSG-STEP, fostering innovation in technology and healthcare. Shikha Dhawan is also involved in several advisory and membership roles aimed at promoting social impact and sustainable development across various organizations. With a strong educational background in microbiology and biotechnology business management, Shikha Dhawan combines scientific expertise with a passion for community development and health equity.
