Stephen Loughnane

Stephen Loughnane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain systems and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Supply Chain Systems Analyst and Principal Project Officer at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since November 1997, Stephen leads learning and development initiatives aimed at cultivating the next generation of logisticians to enhance supply chain capabilities. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Major in the US Army from February 1986 to February 1997, focusing on project analysis and contract management. Stephen holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Analytics from Wharton Online, a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
