Brenna Duncan

Brenna Duncan is the Senior Counsel at Bechtel National, Inc., where they specialize in federal contracting, including bid protests and claims under various regulations. Previously, Brenna has held positions at Perkins Coie LLP, Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald LLP, and served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Brenna earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, cum laude, from Tufts University.
