Carl Strock

Carl Strock serves as the President of Bechtel Construction Operations, Inc. since October 2007, bringing extensive leadership experience from prior roles with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where positions included Commanding General and Chief of Engineers, Director of Civil Works, Director of Military Programs, Commanding General of the Northwestern Division, and Commanding General of the Pacific Ocean Division between 1997 and 2007. Carl Strock holds a Master of Civil Engineering in Structures and Foundations from Mississippi State University (1983-1986) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (1966-1975).
