Peggy Restivo

Peggy Restivo is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and audits. Currently serving as the Head of US Tax Compliance and Audits and Shareholder Tax at Bechtel since September 2008, Peggy has developed a strong expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Peggy worked as Vice President and Secretary at Castilla LLC from November 2002 to August 2008, and held multiple positions at The Chronicle Publishing Company from March 1992 to October 2002, including Director of Taxes and Assistant Treasurer. Peggy began a career in tax at Arthur Andersen & Co from 1986 to 1992, culminating as Tax Manager. Peggy holds both a Master of Science in Accounting - Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
