Valeria Peters is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent & Organizational Development CoE Manager at Bechtel Corporation since April 2018. With extensive experience at Bechtel in various leadership roles, including Manager of Talent Development and HR Manager for Talent Management, Valeria has successfully collaborated with HR and senior leaders to implement talent strategies and initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. Prior roles at Wells Fargo and Bechtel Civil Infrastructure focused on driving transformational change and executing talent management processes. Valeria holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
