Molly Gamble has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare journalism. Molly started their career as an Arts and Entertainment Reporter at The Marquette Tribune from August 2008 to May 2009. Molly then progressed to become the Arts and Entertainment Editor at the same publication from August 2009 to May 2010. During this time, Molly led a team of five reporters and was responsible for editing stories, writing columns, and generating new story ideas.

In 2010, Molly took on an internship in the Office of Communication and Public Affairs at Milwaukee Public Schools from January to May. Molly then worked as a Freelance Writer for LIVESTRONG Quarterly, a print and online publication focused on cancer, from February 2010 to an unspecified end date in 2013. Molly wrote health stories for cancer patients and survivors, helping to elevate cancer as a global priority.

In November 2010, Molly joined Becker's Healthcare as a Writer/Reporter and served in this role until March 2012. Molly then became an Associate Editor from March 2012 to February 2013 and later an Editor from February 2013 to November 2014. In their role as Editor-in-Chief of Becker's Hospital Review, Molly worked closely with a team of writers, reporters, and editors to deliver critical news and analysis to healthcare leaders through various mediums such as the website, e-weekly newsletters, and monthly print publications. Molly also played a crucial role in equipping healthcare leaders with well-written and accessible content for informed decision-making.

Lastly, Molly became the Vice President of Editorial at Becker's Healthcare in January 2018, where they continue to contribute their expertise in healthcare journalism.

Molly Gamble earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Interdisciplinary Peace and Justice from Marquette University in the years 2006 to 2010. In 2016, they participated in an Executive Education program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Leading High-Impact Teams. The following year, Molly completed the Women's Senior Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2018.
