Joanne Salus

Joanne Salus, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA since May 2019. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Associate Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at VIABILITY, Inc. from July 2017 to May 2019. From October 1990 to July 2017, Joanne worked at Community Enterprises Inc. in various capacities, including Associate Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development, Director of Human Resources, and Community Social Worker. Joanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology and East Asian Studies from Oberlin College and a Master of Education in Organizational Development and Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
