Matt Hartley

Matt Hartley has a diverse work experience. Matt currently holds the position of Chief of Staff & Head of Operations at Beckley Psytech since June 2022. Prior to that, from July 2021 to May 2022, they worked as a Consultant for various biopharmaceutical companies such as Beckley Psytech, Complement Therapeutics, and Exact Therapeutics, providing strategic and operational guidance.

Before their consultant role, Matt was the Co-Founder & CEO of Healthforge from March 2015 to June 2021. At Healthforge, they collaborated with pharmaceutical clients to develop digital companion apps for marketed therapeutics. Matt also partnered with Bayer Pharma to create a platform for patients with diabetic eye disease, implementing and managing it globally across multiple countries.

Matt's earlier work experience includes serving as a Consultant at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London from November 2013 to January 2015, Analyst at Citi from August 2011 to March 2013, and Associate at Morgan Stanley from April 2010 to July 2011.

Matt Hartley completed their education at the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2008, earning an MA in Classics. Additionally, they achieved CFA levels I and II from the CFA Institute.
