Alexandra Pallas has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Alexandra is currently working at Beckley Retreats, where they are the Co-Founder and SVP Programs. In this role, they co-founded a startup focused on holistic wellbeing retreats and raised $1.5 million in seed funding. Alexandra is responsible for establishing the program vision, leading program development, experience design, stakeholder journey mapping, and program implementation. In addition, Alexandra has worked at Deloitte as a Manager (Specialist Master) in Organizational Learning, managing an international team and delivering organizational learning solutions for clients such as the World Bank. Alexandra was also involved in co-leading Deloitte's immersive and game-based learning initiative. Alexandra'stenure at Deloitte was from August 2012 to January 2013.

Before Deloitte, Alexandra worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in Human Capital & Learning. Alexandra managed teams and program budgets to deliver organizational learning strategy solutions for clients such as FEMA, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the National Institute for School Leadership. Alexandra worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2009 to August 2012.

Earlier in their career, Alexandra worked at PixelFish, Inc. as a Video Writer-Producer and Product Development Manager. Alexandra managed video production projects for diverse clients and led the user experience design of a proprietary library of customizable video ads. Alexandra worked at PixelFish, Inc. from December 2006 to February 2009.

Alexandra also had a stint at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant in Strategic Business Intelligence and Human Capital and Learning from February 2004 to October 2006. Before that, they worked at RosArt Multimedia as a Senior Copywriter in 2003.
