Cartha Donovan

Cartha Donovan has extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and post-market surveillance within the diagnostics industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Quality, Regulatory & Post-Market Surveillance at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since December 2009. In this role, Cartha provides leadership for quality and regulatory teams across Europe and globally, focusing on post-market surveillance excellence. Previous positions at Beckman Coulter include Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Director of Post Market Surveillance, Senior Manager of Post Market Quality, among others, where Cartha successfully managed compliance with international regulations and drove continuous process improvements. Prior to Beckman Coulter, Cartha worked as a Development Scientist at Olympus Diagnostics and as a Diagnostic Technologist at Abbott Diagnostics. Cartha holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Galway and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science and Biochemistry from the same institution.
